New Years Eve Bali 2024/2025 Fireworks, Events, Where to Go in Kuta
If you want to avoid the massive crowds but still head out on the town, head to Seminyak, which is a little more laid back than Kuta. Here, you can enjoy dinner in a restaurant before hitting some bars along the beach to watch the fireworks at midnight. Sip a cocktail on the beach as you watch the sun go down and listen to some live music on the beach. There are usually fireworks held at midnight on Seminyak beach.
Puputan Badung Square also offers a fun party from early afternoon to late evening. Carnivals and parades are held here, followed by fireworks that finish the night.
Some venues will charge a cover charge (such as the famous Potato Head) ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 IDR, so check the venue and make a booking if necessary as they book out.
Fireworks will be held at various locations throughout Bali, but Bali doesn’t always run on a tight timetable. Plan for fireworks at midnight, but don’t be surprised if there are numerous displays at night (or not!)
It is also important to note that New Year’s Eve falls during Bali’s peak tourist season, so you should book your flights and accommodation early to avoid disappointment.
